Set on the southern shore of the stormlands where Cape Wrath meets the Sea of Dorne, the Weeping Town is a walled port handling coastal trade with Dorne and the narrow sea. Ships bound for the Stepstones call there.
The body of King Daeron the First was returned to Westeros through this harbour after his death in Dorne, and the town keeps a place in the songs of that war. Its trade has always depended on quiet along the Dornish border.
